Warranty & Returns

• Right of withdrawal (EU): You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email at contact@mrialab.com. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods.
• Unless agreed otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, provided we informed you of this before purchase. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• EU legal guarantee: All purchases are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. You are entitled to repair or replacement, or, if those are not possible, a price reduction or full refund.
