Welcome to MriaLab! By using our website (mrialab.com) or participating in any design selection, product drop, or email sign-up, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

• MriaLab is a small design studio based in Poland. Oleksiy Petrunin MriaLab(NIP 1182287952), Wspólna 46, Łomianki Dolne, 05-092, Poland. Email: moc.balairm%40tcatnoc• All content, images, and designs on this site are owned by MriaLab and may not be used without permission.

2. Email List and Communication

• By signing up for early access, voting, or providing your email, you agree to receive updates and marketing communications from MriaLab.• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting .moc.balairm%40tcatnoc

3. Product Information

• All products shown are prototypes or design concepts until the launch is announced.• Final product details (design, price, materials, delivery times) will be communicated before orders are accepted.• Discounts or offers (such as the 25% launch discount) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

4. Orders & Pre-orders

• Orders and pre-orders will be accepted only after the official launch announcement.• Full payment will be required at the time of order or as stated on the order page.• If demand exceeds supply, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.• Placing an order on mrialab.com creates a distance sales contract. Before you submit the order, you will see the total price (incl. any taxes where applicable), delivery options, and the button clearly marked to indicate that placing the order entails an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email with an order number.• Pre-orders are fulfilled in dispatch batches from Warsaw: within 5 / 15 / 25 days from the pre-order start (orders placed later ship in the next available batch). If we cannot ship within the indicated batch window, you may keep the order with an updated ETA or request a full refund at any time before dispatch. First-come-first-served applies while stock lasts.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is currently available within the European Union. For other countries, please contact us to check availability.• Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order. Delays are possible due to production or external factors.• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost once confirmed.

6. Returns & Refunds

• You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right, notify us by email within 14 days; you then have 14 days to send the goods back. Unless we agreed otherwise, you bear the direct cost of return shipping if we informed you of this before purchase. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from being informed of your withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
• Purchases are covered by the EU 2-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity (repair/replacement; otherwise price reduction or refund). See Returns & Warranty.• Right of withdrawal (EU): 14 days. Customer pays return shipping unless we failed to inform you beforehand or the item arrived damaged/incorrect. Full terms: see Returns & Warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that consumers have under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the price paid for that product.

8. Governing law & disputes

• These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are an EU consumer, you may bring proceedings in your country of residence. We do not participate in the EU ODR platform (discontinued as of 20 July 2025). If you need help with a cross-border dispute, contact your local European Consumer Centre. 

9. Changes to These Terms

• MriaLab reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
